Animation Study of the week: How to animate Krillin flying
..and turn into a fly gif 😎💯
I am a deep fan of DragonBall Z
By now, you need to know that I am a deep fan of DragonBall Z. And my favorite arc is the Namek Saga!
There, you find every single base of what made DBZ so popular later on.
After watching a bunch of Dragon Ball Z episodes, I was wondering how the animation team handled these famous flying front animations. So I decided to do some reverse engineer study in order to get some good insights and make mine ..my own way! 🔥
By the way, the Namek Arc ends with Frieza chopped up into small pieces !
YOU CAN DO iT TOO !!

Yes, I said it: YOU CAN DO iT TOO!!
Get yours!
This mini log series will serve as a follow-up step-by-step. Grab your favorite animation application and get ready!
Each episode is going to be short and I will do my best to make it easy to follow.
The goal: LEARN HOW TO ANiMATE
This is an animation study step-by-step.
By the end of each chapter you will be able to animate like they did in DBZ!
Of course, it will be very short length animation projects. The goal is to learn how to animate through each one and understand the major steps you need to go through in order to deliver a satisfying result.
Not perfect. But done!
Ok. Now get ready to rumble!!
This week, we’ll see the steps lying behind that animation loop.
Buckle up!
